Welcome To The Auction!
On behalf of St. Mark's Montessori School, we would like to ask for your support with our 29th annual Fun Fair by participating in our 1st annual Online Auction. The proceeds of the auction will go to support (1) continued education and care of all St. Mark's students with special programming and new equipment as well as (2) St. Mark's Tuition Assistance Program that provides assistance to families demonstrating financial need. Funds raised will help to ensure St. Mark's Montessori School is able to continue providing high quality Montessori programs that encourage exploration, fun learning, leadership, and curiosity.

Winning Bidder Payment Information
Winning bidders are responsible for submitting payment no later than March 4, 2016 at 12pm (the morning after the auction closes). Items that are not paid in full by this time will be forfeited and released to the next highest bidder and/or entered into the Silent Auction or Raffle. Winning items that have been paid-in-full have two pick-up options (see below) and must be picked up by March 12, 2016 at 2pm. If you cannot pay or pick-up within the these parameters, please do not bid.
Payment Types Accepted:
- Online payment via PayPal (a PayPal account is not required; Major credit cards accepted).
- Due to the potential for 3% fees associated with this payment method, please consider using the additional "donate now" button on our Auction homepage or using the payment correction option in Paypal to add an additional amount.
Winning Bidder Item Pickup/Delivery:
- Winning Bidders can pick up their items during two times: (1) Friday, March 4th, 4-6pm in the St. Mark's Nursery (next to BAC) or (2) During or before the Fun Fair, Saturday, March 12th, 9a-2pm, at the Information Table
- Winners that will not be available to pick up during the designated time must inform the Auction Administrator of the name of an alternate pick-up person. Failure to pick up item/s will result in forfeiture of winning items, without refund, and the paid amount will be considered a donation to the school.
- Shipping is not available at this time. You may ask a representative (and notify Auction Administrator) to pick-up the item for you and that person can coordinate shipping.

General Auction Information
- The time on this server will be used to determine the start and end times of the auction. This time may be off from your local time. Refer to the approximate time in the right hand side of this page.
- When the auction closes, all bidders will receive an e-mail regarding the status of the items they have bid on.
- The highest bid placed on an item, by auction close, is the winner. There can only be one winner per auction item. The auction administrator (group hosting the auction) agrees to sell the item to the highest bidder.
- You must register an account in order to place bids. Click Register on the upper right hand side of this page in the login area. Once you have registered, a confirmation/activation will be emailed to you. You must click on the link in the email message to complete the registration process. If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your "junk mail" or "spam" folder as it may have gone there. You can also re-request the confirmation email. The link for resending the activation code can be found in the login area.
NOTE: eFlea provides a service that facilitates silent auctions for charities & groups/fundraisers. The items up for bids in this auction are listed by the group raising the funds. eFlea is not responsible for the accuracy of the item listings. Please Note that all bids are final. By placing a bid on an item you are agreeing to a contract. You will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller in the event that you are the highest bidder at the time the auction closes. You are responsible for reading the full item listing, and understanding the above instructions and accepted payment methods. The Seller (auction administrator) assumes all responsibility for listing these items. The bidder's source IP address is logged for all bid transactions. Persons placing fraudulent bids may be prosecuted in a court of law.
